※ Purchase Limit: 5 tickets per person per session
※ For this event, entry will be granted based on arrival at the venue on the day of the performance. Please keep this in mind when making your booking.

※ This ticket is a QR code ticket that will not be shipped. It will be sent to the email address provided during booking 10 days prior to the event. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.
※ Tickets are sold in limited quantities, and once a session sells out, tickets for the next session will be opened.
※ This event is for ages 19 and above. (Only those born on or before 31st December 2006 will be allowed to attend.)
※ You must bring your physical ID for age verification upon entry. Entry will be restricted without it, and refunds will not be provided on the day due to this issue.
※ The venue and timetable will be announced at a later date.
※ All event-related information will be provided through the official Instagram and website.

NOTICE
For a smooth concert experience, please make sure to review the following information before booking your ticket.
Booking Information
Tickets are sold in limited quantities and may close early once sold out.
This event is for attendees aged 19 and above. (Only those born on or before 31st December 2006 will be allowed to attend.)
A cancellation fee applies if you cancel your booking. Please check the cancellation fee policy before booking.
Entry Information
This ticket is a QR code ticket, which will not be delivered separately.
The QR code will be sent to the email address provided during booking 10 days prior to the event.
There will be no paper ticket collection on-site. You can enter by presenting the QR code.
For any inquiries regarding QR tickets, please refer to the FAQ on the official WATERBOMB BALI ticket website.
Detailed entry information will be announced through official SNS channels, so please check them before attending..
The event is standing only, and entry is on a first-come, first-served basis.
After the entry time closes, it will not be possible to collect entry bands, so please check the operating hours that will be announced later.
Entry bands cannot be reissued or used for entry if damaged or lost.
To prevent illegal transactions, re-entry is not allowed after entry.
Refund Information
Refunds are available according to the refund policy.
No refunds will be provided on the day of the event or at the venue.
No refunds will be provided in the event of rain.
Changes to the event, such as the appearance or schedule of some performers, may occur for unavoidable reasons. No refunds or partial refunds will be offered for such changes.
The event may be cancelled or changed due to natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.
Ticket Sales and Transfer Information
The transfer and private sales of tickets are strictly prohibited. Any detection of illegal transactions or scalping may result in legal consequences for both the seller and buyer.
If you purchase tickets on behalf of friends or family, any issues arising from personal transactions will not be the responsibility of the organiser or the official ticket seller. Please ensure you purchase tickets through the official channels for a secure transaction.
Counterfeiting or tampering with tickets may also result in legal action.
The organiser is not responsible for any damage caused by poor management, such as capturing or replicating QR codes.
Viewing Information
The lineup of performers may differ by date, and the detailed timetable will be announced through official SNS channels and the website.
Water guns can be brought in personally and can also be purchased on-site.
Water guns can only be used within the main stage area. Use of water guns outside the designated area may be prohibited.
Please refrain from using water guns near electronic devices.
The organiser is not responsible for any disputes or injuries resulting from water gun use. Please be mindful of others.
Please refrain from targeting performers' faces with water during the performance. Repeated actions may result in removal from the venue.
General photography is allowed, but the use of large equipment such as high-zoom lenses, tripods, selfie sticks over 1m, or any other filming aids is strictly prohibited. These may be subject to control and removal by security staff.
If requested by the artist, all forms of photography or video recording may be prohibited during the performance.
Any detected recording or filming will result in deletion, and repeated violations may lead to removal from the event.
If you cause inconvenience or disturb others, you may be asked to leave the venue.
Please be mindful of your personal belongings. The organiser, venue, and artists are not responsible for any accidents or incidents caused by your negligence at the event.
To ensure the safety of the event, dangerous items such as lasers, fireworks, bottles, cans, knives, and other hazardous objects are prohibited.
All beverages and food items, except for bottled water, are not permitted. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
For safe viewing, please follow the guidance of event staff. The organiser is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur due to spectator negligence.
In case of emergencies or health issues during the event, please seek help at the emergency booth or information desk, or from security staff.
This event uses loud sound effects and special effects. If you are pregnant, elderly, or have health issues that may be triggered by intense stimuli, please refrain from attending. If you still wish to attend, consult your doctor and share a medical certificate with the organiser in advance. The organiser is not responsible for any health issues that arise during the event without prior notice.
Prohibited Items
Liquids: Perfumes, fabric fresheners, liquid sprays, etc. (Tube sunscreen is allowed)
Outside Food and Beverages: All drinks and food, including alcohol, except unopened bottled water
Drugs: All drugs and controlled substances
Professional/High-tech Photography Equipment: DSLR cameras with high-zoom lenses, drones, etc.
Large Bags (over 40x50cm)
Camping Equipment: Tents, mats, camping chairs, etc.
Gas-based Sprays: Insect repellents, sunscreen sprays, etc.
Dangerous Items: Umbrellas, fireworks, knives, BB guns, etc.
Sound Equipment: Whistles, loudspeakers, etc.
LED or Laser Items: LED decorations, glow sticks, etc. (Artist support lightsticks are allowed)
Emergency Light Sticks: Emergency light sticks used by security during events
Flags, Selfie Sticks: Flags attached to poles or poles over 1m in length are prohibited
Wheeled Mobility Devices: Bicycles, kickboards, electric skateboards (excluding wheelchairs)
Cooking Equipment: Cooking and grilling tools
Pets: All pets including dogs, cats, etc.
Any other items deemed disruptive or inconvenient by the organiser
Photography and Media Coverage at the Venue
All areas of the WATERBOMB BALI festival venue are subject to media photography and press coverage by authorised media organisations.
All attendees' images and videos taken at the festival may be used commercially by the organiser, producer, or official sponsors. Your presence at the event implies consent to this.
If any unauthorised media content is uploaded, it may be removed by the platform.
This notice has legal binding and is subject to the laws governing such events.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Cancellations, changes, or refunds are not possible after the cancellation deadline or on the day of the performance.
- A refund for the booking fee is available if cancellation is made before 12:00 AM on the day of booking.
- If the delivery has already started, the ticket must be returned to the Ticket Customer Service before the cancellation deadline to be eligible for a refund. A cancellation fee will apply based on the date the ticket is returned. (* Please note that the shipping fee for returned tickets is non-refundable. For bundled delivery items, please contact Customer Service for more details on the cancellation process.)
- The method and date of refund may vary depending on the credit card company’s refund processing policy.
- In case of partial ticket cancellations, any installment payments made by credit card will be applied from the booking date. (Please be aware that you may not benefit from interest-free installments if the promotion period has expired.)
- Depending on the bank, cancellations may not be possible after 11:30 PM due to bank system maintenance or other reasons. Cancellations close to the deadline may be affected by internet connectivity or communication service issues, and the cancellation fee criteria may change. Therefore, it is recommended to make cancellations in advance.
- The following cancellation fees apply based on the date of cancellation:
(Even if you cancel within 5 days of booking, a cancellation fee based on the event date will apply if the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to the event.)
Cancellation Fee Guidelines
No cancellation fee if cancelled within 5 days after booking.
30% of the ticket price if cancelled between 30 days after booking and 6 days before the event.
50% of the ticket price if cancelled between 29 days and 1 day before the event.
