※ This ticket is a QR code ticket and will not be physically delivered. It will be sent to the email address entered during booking 10 days before the event. Please make sure to enter your email address correctly.
※ Tickets are sold in limited quantities, and once a session is sold out, tickets for the next session will be released.
※ This event is for those aged 19 and above. (Only those born on or before December 31, 2006, are eligible to attend.)
※ You must bring your physical ID for age verification upon entry. If you fail to present it, entry will be restricted, and refunds on the day of the event will not be possible.
※ Event location and timetable will be announced later.
※ All event-related information will be provided through our official Instagram and website.

Booking Information
Tickets are sold in limited quantities and may close early once sold out.
This event is for ages 19 and above. (Only those born on or before December 31, 2006, can attend.)
A cancellation fee will apply if you cancel your booking. Please check the cancellation fee policy before booking.
Entry Information
This ticket is a QR code ticket, which will not be physically delivered.
The QR code will be sent to the email entered at the time of booking 10 days before the event.
No physical tickets will be issued. Entry will be granted by presenting the QR code.
For QR ticket-related inquiries, please check the FAQ section on the official Waterbomb Bali ticket website.
Detailed entry instructions will be provided via our official SNS. Please check before attending the event.
The event is standing only, with entry on a first-come, first-served basis.
After the entry time ends, you will not be able to collect your entry band, so please check the operating hours which will be announced later.
Entry bands that are damaged or lost cannot be reissued or used for entry.
Re-entry is not permitted to prevent illegal trading.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available according to the refund policy.
No refunds on the day of the event or on-site.
No refunds for cancellations due to bad weather.
The event schedule, artist participation, and other details may change due to unforeseen circumstances, and no refunds or partial refunds will be issued in such cases.
The event may be cancelled or changed due to unavoidable circumstances, including natural disasters.
Ticket Sales and Transfer
Ticket transfers and private transactions are strictly illegal. Both the seller and the buyer will face legal consequences if caught engaging in illegal transactions or selling tickets at inflated prices.
If you purchase tickets for friends or family, please note that any issues arising from private transactions, not through the official channels, are not the responsibility of the event organizer or booking agency. Always purchase tickets safely through the official channels.
Tampering or altering tickets is subject to legal action.
The event organizer and booking agency are not responsible for any damage caused by poor management of QR codes, such as screenshots or duplication. Please handle your QR code carefully.
Viewing Information
Different artists will perform on different days. Detailed timetables will be announced via our official SNS and website.
You are allowed to bring your own water guns, and they can also be purchased on-site.
Water guns are only allowed in the main stage area. Using them outside the designated area may be prohibited.
Please avoid using water guns near electronic devices.
The organizer is not responsible for any disputes or injuries arising from water gun use between individuals. Please be cautious not to harm others.
Avoid aiming water at the faces of artists during the performance. Repeatedly doing so may result in removal from the venue.
General photography is allowed, but the use of professional equipment such as high-powered zoom lenses, tripods, selfie sticks over 1 meter, and other filming equipment is strictly prohibited. You may be controlled by security and asked to leave.
If the artist requests it, all forms of photography and video recording may be prohibited during the performance.
If photography or video recording is detected, recorded materials will be deleted. If the behavior continues, you may be forcibly removed.
Any behavior that causes inconvenience or disrupts the viewing experience may result in removal from the venue.
Please take care of your valuables. The organizer, venue, collaborators, and artists are not responsible for any accidents, losses, or incidents caused by your negligence inside or outside the venue.
To ensure safety, dangerous items such as lasers, fireworks, bottles, cans, and knives are prohibited from being brought into the venue.
All food and drinks, except bottled water, are prohibited from being brought into the venue.
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
For a safe viewing experience, please follow the instructions of event staff. The organizer, venue, collaborators, and artists are not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by attendee negligence.
In case of an emergency or health issue during the event, please seek help at the emergency booth, information booth, or from nearby security personnel or event staff.
This event will involve loud sounds and special effects. Pregnant women, elderly individuals, or anyone sensitive to external stimuli may experience health issues such as seizures or light sensitivity. If you wish to attend, please consult your doctor and share any relevant information with the organizer in advance. The organizer is not responsible for any illness or injury that occurs if no prior information is shared.
Prohibited Items
Liquids: Perfume, fabric sprays, liquid sprays, etc. (Tube sunscreen is allowed)
External food and drinks: All food and drinks, including alcohol, except unopened bottled water
Drugs: Any drugs or substances that are prohibited by law
Professional or aviation photography equipment: DSLR cameras with zoom lenses, drones
Large bags (bags over 40X50cm)
Camping equipment: Tents, mats, camping chairs, etc.
Gas-powered sprays: Insect repellents, sunscreen sprays, etc.
Dangerous items: Large umbrellas, fireworks, knives, BB guns, etc.
Sound equipment: Whistles, megaphones, etc.
Items that interfere with LED lighting effects: Laser pointers, LED decorations, glow sticks, etc. (Artist support lightsticks are allowed)
Emergency signal sticks: These are used by security, so to avoid confusion, they are prohibited.
Flags and selfie sticks over 1 meter in length or with attachments
Wheel-based transport: Bicycles, scooters, electric wheels, etc. (Wheelchairs are allowed)
Cooking tools: Cooking equipment of any kind
Pets: Any animals, including dogs and cats
Any other items that the organizer deems disruptive or uncomfortable to others
Media and Photography Guidelines
All areas of the Waterbomb Bali Festival are open to media for filming and coverage.
All photos and videos taken by attendees in the festival zone may be used commercially by the organizer, producer, and official sponsors.
Photos and videos taken inside the venue may appear on TV, online, mobile media, and other platforms.
Unauthorized media uploads will be removed from platforms as per the site's guidelines.
This notice is legally binding and subject to enforcement under the law.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Cancellations/changes/refunds are not allowed for bookings made after the cancellation deadline or on the day of the event.
- Booking fees are refundable if cancellation is made before midnight on the booking day.
- If delivery has started, tickets must be returned to the Ticket Customer Service before the cancellation deadline for a refund. A cancellation fee will apply based on the date the return is received.
(* Note that delivery fees for returned tickets are non-refundable. For bulk delivery items, please contact customer service for more detailed cancellation inquiries.)
- The method and date of the refund may vary depending on the cancellation time and the credit card company’s refund policy.
- In case of partial ticket cancellations, credit card installment payments will be applied as per the booking time. (Please note that if the interest-free installment period has passed, you may lose the benefit.)
- Depending on the bank, cancellations may not be possible after 11:30 PM due to bank maintenance or closing hours. Additionally, cancellation at the last minute may not be processed due to internet or communication issues, and cancellation fees may vary, so it is recommended to cancel with ample time in advance.
- Cancellation fees are applied as follows
(Even if the cancellation is made within 5 days of booking, a cancellation fee based on the performance date will apply if the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event.)
Cancellation fees are applied as follows
No cancellation fee if canceled within 5 days of booking.
Cancellation between 6 days to 30 days before the event: 30% of the ticket price per ticket.
Cancellation between 1 to 29 days before the event: 50% of the ticket price.
