※ Entry to the event is based on arrival time on the event day. Please keep this in mind when purchasing tickets.

※ This ticket is a QR code ticket that will not be shipped separately. It will be sent to the email address entered during booking 10 days before the event. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly.
※ Tickets are sold in limited quantities, and once tickets for a specific session are sold out, tickets for the next session will be released.
※ This event is for attendees aged 19 and above. (As of 2025, those born on or before December 31, 2006, are eligible to attend.)
※ You must bring a valid ID for age verification upon entry. If you fail to bring it, entry will be denied. Refunds on the event day are not available for such cases.
※ The event location and timetable will be announced later.
※ All event-related information will be provided through the official Instagram and website.

Ticket Purchase Information
Tickets are sold in limited quantities and may sell out quickly.
This event is for those aged 19 and above. (Attendees born on or before December 31, 2006, are eligible.)
A cancellation fee applies if you cancel your reservation.
Please check the cancellation fee policy before making a reservation.
Entry Information
This ticket is a QR code ticket and will not be shipped separately.
The QR code will be sent to the email address provided during booking 10 days prior to the event.
No paper tickets will be distributed, and entry can be made by presenting the QR code.
For any issues related to QR tickets, please refer to the FAQ section on the official Waterbomb Bali ticket website.
Detailed entry instructions will be announced later through the official SNS, so please check before attending the event.
The event is standing-room only, and entry is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
After the entry time closes, entry bands cannot be obtained, so please check the operating hours once announced.
Damaged or lost entry bands cannot be reissued, and entry will not be allowed.
To prevent illegal transactions, re-entry is not allowed once entered.
Refund Information
Refunds are possible according to the refund policy.
No refunds are available on the day of the event or on-site.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to weather.
The event may undergo unavoidable changes, such as changes in performers, schedules, and timings. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued in such cases.
The event may be canceled or changed due to natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances.
Ticket Sales and Transfer Information
Transferring or engaging in personal transactions of tickets is strictly prohibited and is considered illegal. Both the seller and the buyer may face legal consequences.
If you purchase tickets on behalf of friends or family, any issues arising from personal transactions, rather than through the official ticketing platform, will not be the responsibility of the organizer or the ticket vendor. Please ensure to purchase tickets securely through the official designated channels.
Counterfeit or altered tickets may result in legal actions.
The organizer and ticket provider are not responsible for any damage or issues arising from mismanagement of QR codes, such as capturing or copying the code. Please handle with care.
Audience Guidelines
The performers may vary by date, and the detailed timetable will be provided later through the official SNS and website.
You may bring your own water guns, and they can also be purchased on-site.
Water guns can only be used inside the main stage area. Using water guns outside the permitted zones may result in intervention.
Please refrain from using water guns near electronic devices.
The organizer is not responsible for any disputes or injuries caused by water gun use. Please be cautious to avoid harm to others.
Avoid targeting the performers' faces with water. Repeated behavior may result in forced removal from the event.
Regular photos and videos are allowed, but the use of large-scale equipment such as high-power zoom lenses, tripods, selfie sticks longer than 1 meter, etc., is strictly prohibited and may result in intervention by security teams.
If the artist requests, all forms of photography and video recording during the performance may be prohibited.
If unauthorized recording is detected, the recorded material will be deleted, and continued violations may result in removal from the event.
Audience behavior that causes inconvenience or obstructs others' enjoyment may result in removal.
Please take care of your valuables. The organizer, event venue, artists, and partners are not responsible for accidents, theft, or incidents caused by personal negligence within or outside the event venue.
To ensure safe event management, hazardous items such as lasers, fireworks, bottles, cans, knives, and other dangerous items are prohibited.
Except for bottled water, all food and drinks are prohibited.
Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
Please follow the instructions of the event staff for safe viewing. The organizer, event venue, artists, and partners are not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by audience negligence.
In the event of an emergency, please seek assistance from the emergency booth or security personnel located within the venue.
The event will involve loud sounds and special effects. Pregnant women, the elderly, or those sensitive to external stimuli (e.g., those with seizure disorders) should refrain from attending. If you still wish to attend, please consult your doctor and provide a medical certificate to the organizer in advance.
The organizer is not responsible for any illnesses or injuries that occur during the event if not previously communicated.
Prohibited Items
Liquids: Perfume, fabric deodorants, liquid sprays, etc. (Tube sunscreen is allowed)
Outside food and beverages: All drinks and food, including alcohol (Unopened bottled water is allowed)
Narcotics: Any drugs prohibited by law
Professional/aviation camera equipment: DSLR with high-zoom lenses, drones
Large bags (40x50cm or larger)
Camping gear: Tents, mats, camping chairs, etc.
Gas-powered sprays: Insect repellents, sun sprays, etc.
Dangerous items: Umbrellas, fireworks, knives, BB guns, etc.
Sound equipment: Whistles, loudspeakers
Items that interfere with lighting effects: Lasers, LED decorations, glow sticks, etc. (Artist support light sticks are allowed)
Emergency signal lights: For security purposes, these are prohibited to avoid confusion.
Flags, selfie sticks: Flagpoles with artist flags or national flags (can be brought in without a pole)
Selfie sticks longer than 1 meter
Wheeled transport: Bicycles, scooters, electric skateboards, etc. (Wheelchairs are allowed)
Cooking tools: Any equipment for cooking or preparation
Pets: Dogs, cats, and other pets
Any items deemed disruptive by the organizer
Photography and Media Guidelines
All areas of the Waterbomb Bali Festival venue are subject to media coverage by designated media outlets.
Photos and videos taken of attendees at the festival may be used by the organizer, event planners, and official sponsors for commercial purposes.
Unauthorized media uploads may be removed from the platform by the site administrators.
This notice has legal validity and is subject to legal control.

Valid period (terms of use): September 6–7, 2025 (only valid for the specific performance session booked).
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Cancellations, changes, or refunds are not possible for bookings made after the cancellation deadline or on the day of the performance.
- Booking fees can be refunded if the cancellation is made before midnight on the day of booking.
- If the delivery has started, the ticket must be returned to the Ticket Customer Service Center before the cancellation deadline for a refund. A cancellation fee will be charged based on the return date.
(* Please note that the shipping fee for returned tickets is not refundable, and for bulk shipment items, please contact customer service for detailed cancellation inquiries.)
- The refund method and processing date may vary depending on the cancellation date and the credit card company's refund processing criteria.
- For partial ticket cancellations, installment payments made via credit card will be based on the time of the original booking. (Please note that you may not receive benefits if the interest-free installment period has passed.)
- Due to bank inspection or closing hours after 11:30 PM, cancellations may not be possible. Also, cancellations made close to the deadline may be subject to internet or communication issues, so please ensure to cancel well in advance.
- Cancellation fees are applied as follows based on the cancellation date:
(Even if canceled within 5 days after booking, cancellation fees based on the performance date will apply if the cancellation is within 30 days from the performance date.)
Cancellation Fee Policy
No cancellation fee for cancellations made within 5 days after booking.
Cancellations made from 6 days after booking up to 30 days before the performance: 30% of the ticket price per ticket.
Cancellations made from 29 days to 1 day before the performance: 50% of the ticket price per ticket.
